About the role 

Were you one of the first of your friends on Snapchat rather than one of the last to join? Then, you’re an early adopter anxious to check out the latest technology and the hottest trends. Are you tech-savvy with a phone full of apps you rely on daily?

As a Sales Development Representative, you will have the mission of running proactive market research for reaching the right stakeholders and start a relationship with them. You would be targeting the best-known companies within the telecommunication and automotive industries, to offer them the best Conversational Sales solutions.

You would also take care of the inbound leads coming from well-targeted digital marketing campaigns, aiming at understanding their needs explaining them Whisbi value proposition.

About the team

The Whisbi Sales & Marketing team is made of talented and diverse people coming from different countries around the world, each presenting different skill sets. The Marketing team's main mission is to grow Whisbi's top of the funnel pipeline and generate leads for the Sales team. With the Account-Based Marketing approach, the team also plays a key role in nurturing and influencing existing sales opportunities and shortening the sales cycle through engaging content.

You’ll be joining a team of amazing young professionals that have rich international experience. They see cultural diversity as their main strength for growing and learning from one another.

What you'll be doing on the team

  • You would reach out to Enterprises that have shown interest in Whisbi solutions, by reaching out to us via multiple channels. You would start a conversation with them, assessing their needs, and understanding how Whisbi could improve their sales strategies.
  • You would run deep market research at a global level, identifying those Enterprises that could benefit from Whisbi solution, in the vertical assigned. 
  • You would identify and contact the right stakeholders in large enterprises and initiate conversations via email, LinkedIn, and/or calls following the sales process of Whisbi.
  • You would develop and understand each prospective client’s business needs and how Whisbi can help with its solutions. 

About you

  • You have a business (nearly native) level of English for approaching Enterprises at a global level
  • You are an energetic and multitask individual, able and eager to handle high activity volume (calls & emails)
  • You have natural sales ability and a hunter mentality. You enjoy coming up with convincing arguments and overcoming the challenge of getting in touch with qualified prospects
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate our solution’s value proposition
  • You have an analytical approachable to understand each client's needs for approaching them the right way
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus!
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Previous experience is just a plus. We are looking for the right attitude!
